Resetting Forgotten Passwords
If you forget your SSO password, you can reset it at the Password Self Service tool:https://password.griffith.edu.auYou will need to provide your My Griffith student/staff number and answer your secret question. If you have further issues, contact the IT Help Desk.
Two-Factor Authentication
My Griffith encourages the use of multi-factor authentication (MFA) for additional login security. This means you need to provide two forms of identification to access your account, such as:
- Something you know – e.g. your password
- Something you have – e.g. an authentication code sent to your mobile
To set up MFA, login to myGriffith and go to My Details > Multi-Factor Authentication. This will step you through configuring MFA using the Microsoft Authenticator app or a security key.
