What Is Komoot
Komoot is a free app for planning and navigating routes for cyclists and mountain bikers. It can create routes based on riding type, surface, and rider ability.
Komoot can: Plan routes, Record rides, Navigate during rides, Upload photos, and Share rides.
Komoot uses OpenStreetMaps data to analyze grades and surfaces. For mountain biking, it can help you find rideable trails and fire roads. It also displays trail grading on the map to help you judge how technical a trail is.
You can use Komoot on your phone or cycling computer. For in-depth planning, you can use the desktop version.
The name “komoot” comes from the Walser dialect and means something like “simple and practical”.
Komoot Login
You can sign in to Komoot with your username and password or your corporate ID. You can also sign in to Komoot by going to Settings in the eBike Connect app and tapping the slider for Komoot.
You can change your password by going to Profile > Settings > Profile Information. If you are logged in on a browser, you can change your password in the profile settings.
You can use Komoot on multiple devices by signing in to the same account. You can also gift a free region bundle to friends or family members who don’t have a Komoot account.
How do I use Komoot for free?
You can use the Komoot app and website for free. When you sign up, you get a free region to test the app’s core features. You can use this free region on all your devices as long as you sign in to the same account.
You can use the free version of the app to:

- Use the social aspect of the app
You can pay for additional detailed map packages per region. You can also pay to access offline maps.
