3. Select “Employer” and then “New Registration“.
4. Choose your employer type (Company, Enterprise, Individual, etc.).

6. Verify your email address through the OTP (One-Time Password) process.
7. Accept the disclaimer and click “Register“.
8. Wait for the Data Quality team to verify your pre-registration.

After successful verification, you will receive login credentials via email, allowing you to access the FWCMS employer portal.

Resetting Your FWCMS Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, FWCMS provides a straightforward process to retrieve it:

1. On the login page, click on “Forgot Password“.
2. Enter your username.
3. Provide your registered email address.
4. Input your registered mobile number.
5. Click “Submit“.

Cara daftar FWCMS

Untuk mendaftar di Foreign Workers Centralized Management System (FWCMS), ikuti langkah-langkah berikut:

1. Kunjungi laman web FWCMS di https://fwcms.com.my/.
2. Klik pada butang “Pendaftaran Majikan“.
3. Lengkapkan maklumat yang diperlukan:
   • Nombor ROC/ROB/Persatuan majikan
   • Alamat e-mel majikan
   • Nombor telefon majikan
   • Kod Pengaktifan (akan diterima melalui SMS atau e-mel)
4. Setuju dengan Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi dan klik “Hantar“.
5. Pada skrin “Dapatkan Akses ke FWCMS“, klik “Generate Credentials“.
6. Anda akan menerima One-Time Password (OTP) melalui e-mel dan SMS.
7. Klik pautan pengesahan dalam e-mel “Pengesahan Semula Profil Majikan“.
8. Semak dan sahkan butiran majikan pada skrin “Butiran Majikan Baharu“.
9. Masukkan OTP yang diterima pada skrin “Sahkan OTP“.
10. Anda akan menerima ID Majikan, Nama Pengguna, dan Kata Laluan melalui e-mel.
11. Log masuk ke portal FWCMS menggunakan ID majikan yang diterima.
12. Tukar kata laluan dan tetapkan soalan keselamatan pada log masuk pertama.

Nota: Mulai 1 Februari 05, hanya majikan yang berdaftar dengan Sistem Imigresen boleh mengakses sistem FWCMS. Pastikan anda melengkapkan pendaftaran untuk memastikan akses berterusan kepada perkhidmatan FWCMS.
