King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL Login) is a public university in Bangkok, Thailand. It was founded in 1960 as a telecommunications training center with support from the Japanese government. KMITL is considered a major science and technology institute in Thailand. In 2019, KMITL had 23,474 students enrolled.
KMITL is located in the Lat Krabang District, about 30 km east of the city center. The university offers degrees in computer science and IT, including:
- Computer innovation engineering
- Robotics and AI engineering
- Software engineering
KMITL’s education process emphasizes the philosophy of “sufficiency economy” and “morality ahead of knowledge”. This means that students are taught both technical knowledge and morality.
