Mynexuzhealth Login is a secure, personal digital health record platform developed through a collaboration between UZ Leuven and Cegeka, now used by over thirty healthcare institutions across Belgium. It consolidates your medical information—such as lab results, radiology images, medical reports, appointments, invoices, and prescriptions—into one accessible location, giving patients and their care teams a clear, up-to-date overview of their health status.
The platform empowers patients to play an active role in their healthcare journey, enabling them to manage appointments, fill out questionnaires, pay bills, and even add their own documentation, all from a single app or web portal.
“Mynexuzhealth allows you to securely and easily access your medical record, manage appointments, and consult lab results—all in one place, anytime, anywhere,” according to official documentation.
