3. Enter your MyKad number .

5. Select the ” Register New User ” option.
6. Create and confirm a new password.

1. Click on ” Semakan Permohonan ” (Check Application) in the MySTR dashboard.
2. Your application status will appear: Approved , Not Approved , Not Eligible , or In Process .​
3. If Approved, click on ” Semakan Pembayaran ” (Check Payment).
4. The payment date and amount will be seen in detail .​

STR Appeal Process

If your application is rejected, appeal via str.hasil.gov.my login :

5. Submit and wait for review .
